Syntek (Syntek Semiconductor Co.) releases a new generation of USB2.0 video single chip, DC112X.
DC1120 is an advanced solution for USB2.0 TV-BOX. Users may use DC1120 to receive the signals for CATV and wireless TV and may use the advanced USB2.0 to transmit them to PC. Without external power, the video and power can be still transmitted through USB2.0. Further, thanks to this chip matching with a new generation of video S/W, users may watch and record the on-line TV programs at the same time.
DC1120 is the only one USB2.0 control IC for decoding technology on a caption machine in the world. Through USB2.0, the caption machines of CC and TT can use the OVERLAY of the video software to transmit the video to users¡¦ PC.
This product has been successfully introduced to Taiwan and recommended by Euro-American leading enterprises, and it is designed in size as small as a name card (shown in figure 1), being applied in Laptops and LCD Monitors for Multi- Media in the future. Furthermore, this chip has been approved by USB-IF Logo and Microsoft WHQL.
Next, DC1125 is an advanced solution for USB2.0 WEB CAMERA. With a single chip controllable, DC1125 provides users a USB2.0 WEB CAMERA of biggest size co-working with an image extraction IC ranking from VGA to Mega pixels. This product has also been successfully introduced to Taiwan and recommended by Euro-American leading enterprises, and it is designed in size as small as a coin (shown in figure 2), being applied in Laptops and LCD Monitors for Multi- Media in the future; further, this product has been approved by USB-IF Logo and Microsoft WHQL. The samples of the products mentioned above were provided to our customers, and they have been put into yield.
