	Syntek Semiconductor Co. announces one highly integrated multimedia SoC,STK8200 which features MP3 playback, WMA playback, MP3 recording, photo slide show, and movie playing. The SoC contains Audio DSP and Codec, JPEG decoder, TV encoder, and USB 2.0 High Speed interface. This SoC can directly access NAND Flash, NOR Flash, SDRAM, IDE Hard Disk, SD/SDHC and MMC cards. It can also drive the small TFT panel and the mid-large TFT panel through external scalar IC. With state-of-art firmware from Syntek, this chip is best suitable in applications, such as MP3/MP4 player, Digital Photo Frame, Multimedia Photo Album, electronic dictionary.
